Yup, this is what I concluded but he says it better than I could have. The normal response to virus outbreaks is the correct response. I get the argument behind flattening the curve but this has morphed into saving lives, which it doesn’t do. It was meant to help an ill-prepared health system. And now I am seeing numbers which makes me think the health system is not overwhelmed. A few places sure, but exceptions do not make the rule.
